Portraits of Resilience & Courage

Through Purple Eyes is an ongoing portrait artist project honoring resilience, courage, and the quiet strength found on the other side of domestic abuse—physical, emotional, or psychological.

This project exists outside traditional studio sessions. Each portrait is approached slowly and intentionally, guided by comfort, consent, and emotional readiness. There is no expectation to perform, pose, or share more than feels right.

Participation is invitation-only. All conversations remain confidential, and participants retain full control over how—or if—their images or stories are shared.
