Maternity portraits are meant to freeze in time a very special season of life. Pregnancy is a gift and there is nothing more stunning than a glowing momma-to-be. Whether you choose to do studio portraits or an outdoor session just before sunset,These days of pregnancy that may seem never ending will someday be a distant memory in the rear view mirror of your life. Capturing your radiant beauty in print at this stage will forever transport you back to this miraculous time and place!
Maternity Portrait Sessions
Maternity photo sessions are the perfect way to capture this unique time in your life, even though you may be feeling a little less than “rock star status” as you get towards the end of your pregnancy. Pixels has a stocked studio wardrobe full of beautiful, colorful flowing maternity gowns and outfits at your disposal. Take this time to put yourself first – get your hair, makeup, and nails done or let me bring them to you by having your hair and makeup done in the studio just prior to your session. You deserve to feel like a goddess!
Maternity portraits can be done in the studio or outdoors and sessions last 45 minutes to 2 hours (package dependent). Outdoor sessions are scheduled 60-90 minutes before sunset. All sessions are photographed Monday through Friday. We typically photograph maternity sessions when you are 32-36 weeks pregnant. You want to have a nice round belly, but not be in that final 4 weeks when things tend to get a bit more uncomfortable.
Maternity Portrait Pricing Information
You will have access to Pixels’ wardrobe of stunning maternity gowns and outfits and your session may be of just you or may include your husband and/or your other children (if any). Maternity portrait package prices start at $1,325 and each includes a combination of retouched digital files and printed art.
